Course was amazing and in such good condition, it wasn't too busy too which was nice. Brilliant course, worth playing and i'll defo be back soon.

Hidden gem. Weekend away with the family split with a game of golf at this lovely course, absolute steal for £20 a round at this place. Most of the greens were tip top, fairways cut nicely. Staff within the course were very welcoming and the guy behind the bar gave us some tips before heading to the first tee. Definitely recommend if you are in the area to play this course.

Fantastic course, we played this whilst staying at a nearby lodge and what a brilliant course. Scenic, well maintained and some very challenging holes. We played on a saturday mid-morning and the pace of play was excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Bellingham Golf Course for those that are not familiar is a total hidden gem. Some fantastic holes and scenery. Always amazed by how quiet the place is, very well worth the travel to get there.

Superb value, we both really enjoyed our round which suited both a seasoned golfer and beginner. The condition of the course was superb. Quite simply pay them a visit.

We have just returned from our golfing trip in Northumberland and Yorkshire and felt i must send you a big thank you for your hospitality. Your club was the best reception of all golf clubs we visited and the best golf course. We cannot wait to come back to see you again.

On behalf of the Hexham Ladies i would like to thank all at Bellingham GC involved with this event, we enjoyed the day very much. The course was in splendid condition. Compliments to your greenkeepers and the Lady members on your team. Alec and your kitchen team looked after us and we enjoyed a delicious meal when we came in.

Played here for the first time on Sunday, what a find! My only regret was that i never played it years ago. Stunning scenery, very friendly staff and the course condition was excellent. Can't wait to play it again.

The Tyneside seniors would like to thank you and all your staff for the wonderful away day we experienced yesterday. The organisation was brilliant, the food was amazing and the course was great. All our players i talked to said you exceeded their expectations and they were especially complimentary about your staff.

What a really interesting course set in spectacular scenery. A great mix of holes with shorter par 4's all offering great variety. Tee's, fairways and greens all in good condition. The pace of play was excellent as was the genuine welcome to visitors. I would thoroughly recommend the course, you will not be disappointed.

Played this gem of a course on Sunday. Condition of the course was first class with tight fairways and smooth greens. Would come back and play again as there are several interesting holes. Very underrated golf course.

Perfect. The greens were immaculate and the course well presented. The staff were welcoming and the outside sitting area well kept overlooking the 18th green. Highly recommend to golfers of all ability.

12 of us played today, the Club, course and staff were excellent, the food fantastic. We will be returning atleast once again this year. If you're looking for a great golfing experience try Bellingham, you won't be disappointed.

Just wanted to thank you and the whole team for today. From the minute we arrived until we left we were made to feel so welcome. The whole set up was very professional, well organised, excellent service from the young man behind the bar. Fantastic service from the caterers and a delicious, very generous carvery. The course itself is in great condition with some tricky holes, we loved it! We have been to several Mixed Opens this year but the whole experience at Bellingham was by far the best!

We were chuffed to be in the winners circle, had a fabulous day, good company and thoroughly enjoyed the course. So much so we will be arranging a group away day in the spring.

As always, the hospitality was first class and we all enjoyed the day. We were all extremely impressed with the condition of the course, especially considering the extreme weather we had all been experiencing. Your greens were fantastic, a credit to your staff. We were warmly greeted by the bar staff who made us feel really welcome, and as far as the course well it was truly a joy to play on. What an absolute gem of a layout and the condition of the course was fantastic, so green and lush fairways. Needless to say we will be back.

Firstly we would like to congratulate yourselves on a fantastic course. You were all very welcoming and there was a very positive attitude in the clubhouse. I can't believe how good the course looked and played. A very big thank you must go to your green staff. I can't believe that they can only do so well when there are 2 of them. Finally the course was enjoyable, tough in places and very picturesque. We'll be back.

I just wanted to comment on the great game my wife and I had on Sunday. We arrived in the area on Saturday and met a couple of members who were playing their annual Ryder Cup match. They were really friendly and very complimentary about the course, they were absolutely correct. We loved the course and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return, thanks again for a great visit.

Beautiful, well kept course in a stunning location and a tough test of golf aswell. Very friendly, welcoming club so we'll definitely be going back.

The day went really well, all who attended were really impressed with Bellingham and it's facilities. Our greenkeepers were very impressed with the course, said it was absolutely lovely and it did look brilliant from what i saw. Can you pass on my thanks to Alec and the catering staff as they all loved the hospitality and food. A few said the sticky toffee pudding was worth the trip alone! A final thank you for the kind donation of a free fourball voucher which we used for our nearest the pin.

Absolutely fantastic visit to Bellingham GC today. What a friendly course. Staff and members all welcomed us. Course was in fantastic condition and we couldn't have asked for better weather. Food, beer and golf course all brilliant, can't recommend highly enough!

Firstly i must thank on behalf to everyone from the car park assistants, bar staff, and organisers for the fantastic welcome we were given when we arrived and were superbly looked after from start to finish. We all fully enjoyed the day and thought the bacon butties were first class!

Blushing Bellingham! A truly enjoyable game, amazing views and good company. It was over 20 years since i last played Bellingham and i'd recommend it to all.

Just had a great experience at Bellingham Golf Club in my first senior mixed open. Topped off by a hole in one on the demanding 17th hole. The course was in fantastic condition. I have just discovered this beautiful course after the lockdown. Wow it is in top condition, well done greenkeepers. It is a tough course, especially the 18th, it's the jewel in Northumberlands crown!

My golfing partner and I travelled up to Bellingham yesterday, to play a round under the 1893 Club scheme. We had a grand time. the young man on duty made us very welcome. We had a couple of butties and coffee before venturing out. Yes, the course was wet, but that did not detract from our enjoyment. Lots of very interesting holes. We were a bit shattered by the time we finished, we are not used to banks and hills !!! We will be back next year, thank you for allowing us to play your course, which given the weather conditions, was in good nick.

We discovered this hidden treasure, created from the landscape itself, courtesy of a golf day, in July 2019 A fabulous course with holes like no others ,anywhere. Holes that make you think, then surprise you and finally beat you. A proper test of golf for any handicap. Top tip take a buggy . A lovely local club, with really friendly clubhouse. A gem!

“A true hidden gem - Bellingham Golf Club was a course I had never previously had the opportunity to visit however, my company recently attended one of their charity golf events (this one in particular was for The Brain Tumour Charity) and we could not have been any more grateful for the invitation. Stunning views of the Northumberland area, an impeccably well kept course with a variety of challenging holes and staff whom made us feel as though we had been members for years. A combination of all of this plus the superb weather meant for an incredible day out with plenty of laughs and money raised for a great cause. My company will most certainly be looking to reattend the charity day next year but I will definitely be looking to get some practice in at this great facility before then.”

Just a wee note to say we enjoyed our day at Bellingham. The course was in great condition, very tidy with some challenging holes, especially the par 3's and the views were lovely. Hard to believe it only went to 18 holes in 1996. Mr Wilson did a fantastic job and the memorial on the course was a nice touch. The Staff in the clubhouse made us very welcome .

I visited your course with the Silver Mongoose Golf Society this month and would just like to say what a fantastic welcome we received. The course was in great condition for this early in the season and the meal afterwards was excellent. If anybody wants to play a great course at a great price then this is the one for you. Nothing is too much trouble even when I left my winter Mits in the golf buggy they were found and returned promptly for which I am most grateful. I did try and put feedback on your website but could not find were to put it but would like you to add my comments please so everybody knows what a great set up you have there.
